These chargrilled Padrón peppers make for a great starter to enjoy around the fire.

- 1 x 200 g bag Woolworths Padrón peppers
- sea salt, to taste
- fresh lemon juice, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the peppers over hot coals until they just begin to blister and char.
2. Place in a bowl while still hot and sprinkle over the salt and squeeze over the lemon juice.
3. Serve immediately.
