Cardamom-and-thyme shortbread

Ingredients
Method
- 2 x 300 g boxes Woolworths Easy to Bake butter biscuit mix
- 1 t ground cardamom
- 1 T rose-water
- 2 T fresh thyme leaves, chopped For the icing:
- 150 g icing sugar, sifted
- 2 T rose-water
- 1 T water or lemon juice approx
Method
Ingredients
1 Prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, adding the cardamom and rose-water when you add the oil. Bake according to package instructions and allow to cool.
2 To make the icing, mix the icing sugar, rose-water and water or lemon juice to make a thick paste. Ice the cooled biscuits.
