- 1/4 shot sugar syrup

- 1 maraschino cherry, to garnish

In a cocktail shaker, shake the gin, orange juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top up with a good, crisp Méthode Cap Classique and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
