Ingredients
Method-
For the dressing:
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 T olive oil
- ½ t honey
- 50 g Gorgonzola For the salad:
- 2–3 chicory heads
- 30 g rocket
- 40 g roasted walnuts
Method
IngredientsTo make the dressing, mix all the ingredients until combined.
To make the salad, rinse the chicory, then cut off the base and separate into spears. Arrange on a small platter or large plates. Add the rocket and walnuts. Serve the dressing on the side.
