- 6 Beyond Schnitzel®️ plant-based crumbed schnitzels
- ½ x 375 ml jar Woolworths tomato-and-basil pasta sauce
- ½ x 270 ml jar Woolworths plant-based creamy cheese-style pasta sauce
- 60 g Woolworths PlantLove™ dairy-free macadamia nut-based hard cheese, grated
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- fresh basil, to garnish
- extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Method
Ingredients
1. Air-fry the schnitzels at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
2. Transfer to a heatproof baking dish and spoon over the tomato pasta sauce.
3. Drizzle with the cheese-style sauce and sprinkle over the cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Grill in the oven at 200°C for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
5. Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
