Beef sausages with purple cabbage-and-apple slaw

- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 T caster sugar
- 1 sliced green chilli
- 1 small purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Fresh mint, for serving
- 8 Woolworths beef bangers
- Portuguese rolls, oven-warmed, for serving
Method
Ingredients
Combine rice vinegar, caster sugar and sliced green chilli. Mix with the shredded purple cabbage and set aside. Fold sliced apples, sliced spring onions and fresh mint through the slaw just before serving.
Pan-fry the Woolworths beef bangers until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with the cabbage-and-apple slaw with oven-warmed Portuguese rolls if you like. Serves 4
