- 4 red apples
- 120 g treacle sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 lemon
- Woolworths vanilla-flavoured custard, to serve with

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Quarter 4 red apples and sprinkle with 120 g treacle sugar, 100 g butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and caramelised.
Toss halfway through cooking. Cool for 5 minutes, then toss in the slightly cooled caramel.
Serve with Woolworths vanilla-flavoured custard
