Baby marrow tart

- 1 x 250 g sheet Woolworths all-butter puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 4–6 baby marrows, thickly sliced
- 100 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 1 free-range egg, beaten
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray and top with the baby marrow.
Brush the pastry with the egg and cover with the cheese.
Bake until edges are golden brown and puff y, about 30 minutes. Season and serve immediately.
