Aperol freezos



Just when you thought you've seen everything when it comes to canned peaches, Hannah Lewry froze them to add to these festive Aperol freezos!
Ingredients

- 1 x 825 g sliced peaches, can, drained
- Aperol
- soda water
- Woolworths MCC
- 4 springs rosemary
Method
Ingredients
1. Place the peaches in a Ziplock bag and freeze overnight.
2. Mix 3 parts MCC, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water and pour into a large glass. Repeat to make 3 more cocktails. Serve with frozen peaches.
Cook's note: Freeze the peaches in a bag for your drink, then eat them when your glass is empty
