Air-fryer Tuscan salmon




If you're looking to spoil yourself, this air-fryer Tuscan salmon is the recipe to have. It comes together in just 27 minutes and only needs 6 ingredients.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 150 g sundried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 cup single (light) cream
- 90 g baby spinach
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
Method
Ingredients
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
2. Cook the salmon fillets in the air fryer for 9 minutes and set aside.
3. To make the sauce, mix the garlic, tomatoes and cream in a large bowl, then cook in the air fryer for 4 minutes.
4. Add the spinach and Parmesan to the bowl. Stir the mixture and cook for a further 4 minutes.
5. To serve, place the salmon on top of the sauce and enjoy with some rice, if you wish.
