Ingredients: Rosa tomatoes 400g,olive oil, plus extra for drizzling 2T,sea salt and freshly ground black pepper ,For the salad: ,Fresh wholewheat pasta 250g,Black Forest, Serrano or Parma ham, thinly sliced and torn 70g,a handful of torn flat-leaf parsley ,For the dressing ,olive oil 3T,clove garlic, crushed 1,balsamic vinegar 1T,sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Ingredients

100 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 T tomato sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
a dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cans Woolworths brisling sardines with jalapeño
4 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
Olive oil, to drizzle
microleaves, to garnish

Method

1. Slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and Tabasco. Spread onto each piece of toast and top with the sliced tomatoes and sardines. Garnish with microleaves and drizzle with olive oil.
