Tripe-and-trotter curry

1. Using an electric beater, whip the cream until soft peaks form, taking care not to overbeat. Add the condensed milk, whisking continuously, then add the vanilla and beat until stiff.
2. Stir in the skopas and vermicelli. Freeze in a freezer-safe container (this would be a good time to repurpose that empty ice cream-container!).
3. To serve, scoop into bowls or sundae glasses and sprinkle with extra skopas. The skopas can be replaced with caramel popcorn or you could even use your favourite childhood cereal.
