Sorghum breakfast porridge

Soak the oats in the water for 20 minutes.
Add the milk and salt then cook over a gentle heat until creamy.
Stir in the whisky just before serving.
To serve, pour 25 ml cream over each serving and drizzle with honey.
Garnish with a split vanilla pod and sprinkle with ground cinnamon
Serve with grilled or poached fruit of your choice.
