Chocolate hot-milk cake

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush each layer of pastry with oil, then fold over like a book and trim the edges.
2. Cut into six long rectangles, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt.
3. Place the pastry between two sheets of baking paper, then between two baking sheets or trays so they are compressed. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden.
