Prep Time 15 minutes, plus freezing time

Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, chopped into chunks
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 400ml can coconut cream
75 g brown sugar
1 t vanilla paste

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor, then pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, pour into a freezerproof container and freeze, stirring every 2 hours until the mixture solidifies
