Prep Time 5 minutes, plus freezing time

Ingredients

700 g Woolworths cubed melon
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup sugar syrup
1 cup Woolworths double-cream strawberry yoghurt
Woolworths freeze-dried strawberries, for sprinkling

Method

1. Blend the melon, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
2. Pour into the lolly moulds to until filled halfway and freeze until solid. Top with a layer of strawberry yoghurt, insert the lolly sticks and freeze again.
3. Unmould the frozen lollies, sprinkle with dehydrated strawberries and enjoy!
