Ingredients: Woolworths chunk light-meat tuna in brine cans, drained 2 x 170g,sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste ,bacon, roughly chopped 250g,olive oil 2T,free-range eggs 5,cream 2cups,parsley, roughly chopped 30g

Ingredients

100 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 T tomato sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
a dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cans Woolworths brisling sardines with jalapeño
4 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
Olive oil, to drizzle
microleaves, to garnish

Method

1. Slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

2. Mix the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and Tabasco. Spread onto each piece of toast and top with the sliced tomatoes and sardines. Garnish with microleaves and drizzle with olive oil.
