Difficulty Easy

Prep Time 20 minutes, plus 1 hour’s chilling time

Ingredients

350 g butter, softened
4 T cocoa
3 T icing sugar, sifted
4 T condensed milk
1½ x 200 g packets Marie biscuits, crushed

Method

1 Mix all the ingredients together. Spoon into a lined 23 x 15 cm dish. Press down and chill for 1 hour.

2 Cut into squares or slices to serve and store covered in the fridge.
