Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese
70 g Woolworths venison biltong, blended into a powder 
1 lemon, juiced and zested 
pepper, to taste 
chives, for serving

Method

Blend all the ingredients together, check the seasoning, then place in a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crispy bread and pickles.
