Barley “buddha” bowls

Place the cumin, chilli, red onion, garlic and spring onion in a mortar and pestle and lightly bash together.
Add the avocado and bash to a chunky mixture. Stir in the lime juice, coriander and salt and pepper.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan and pan-fry the bread until golden and crispy.
Spread the guacamole onto the bread.
