Roast pork belly with cider, apple and sage

								Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Remove the bamboo lid from the cheese and place the cheese on a baking tray. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until it has melted and is almost bubbling over.
Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat. Increase the heat, add the apples and cook until tender and caramelised. Add the rosemary in the last few minutes of cooking time.
Serve the baked Camembert with the apples.
Cook’s note: You can also serve this with toast.
