Cucumber and apple slush

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • mint, to garnish
  • squeeze of lime juice

Method

Cut the cucumber into chunks. Core the apples and cut into cubes.

Blend the cucumber and apple with ice until well mixed.

Serve in chilled glasses garnished with mint and a squeeze of lime juice.
