Crispy three-cheese gnocchi with tomato dip

Ingredients

  • 500 g Woolworths Three Cheese Filled Gnocchi
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 cup Woolworths tomato passata with basil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 40 g Parmesan, finely grated

Method

1. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C. Toss the gnocchi in the olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Air-fry for 10–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

2. Meanwhile, gently warm the tomato passata in a small saucepan and season to taste.

3. Serve the hot gnocchi sprinkled with Parmesan and a side of tomato dip for dunking.

Cook’s note: These gnocchi bites also work well as party snacks. Serve with toothpicks and a sprinkle of chilli flakes for extra kick.
