Fig and plum tart with mascarpone

Ingredients

  • Large ready-made puff pastry
  • 6 sliced figs
  • 3 sliced plums
  • 3 T caster sugar
  • Marscapone cheese

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut a large round of rolled ready-made puff pastry. Prick the base and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. When slightly cooked, arrange 6 sliced figs and 3 sliced plums on top of the base.
Sprinkle with 3 T caster sugar and bake for a further 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot with a dollop of mascarpone cheese.
