Ingredients

250 g butter
1 x 396 g can Nestlé full cream sweetened condensed milk
150 g self-raising flour
60 g hot chocolate, sifted
30 g cocoa powder, sifted
Nestlé® Caramel Treat, to top
Maldon salt, for sprinkling
Flake chocolate, crumbled, for sprinkling

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. Cream the butter and Nestlé sweetened condensed milk together until well combined.

3. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

4. Scoop the cookies into balls, place them onto a baking tray lined with paper, and chill for 10 minutes.

5. Using a teaspoon or your finger, form a dent in the centre of the cookies, and fill with Nestlé Caramel Treat.

6. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the edges golden. The cookies might look and feel soft, but they will firm up as soon as they cool down.

7. Sprinkle over a little salt and flake chocolate if you desire.
