Ingredients

3 ripe peaches
Sparkling wine
Ripe peach

Method

Slice away the flesh of ripe peaches and blend to a smooth purée. Spoon into four Champagne glasses and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish the glasses with a slice of ripe peach.
