Tropical smoothie bowl

Ingredients

    For the smoothie, blend:

  • 1 ripe mango, small
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 t turmeric root, freshly grated
  • juice and zest of half a lime
  • ¼ cup water
  • For the glow bowl:

  • coconut chips, for serving
  • lime zest, for serving
  • turmeric root, for serving
  • wedge of lime, for serving
  • micro basil, for serving

Method

Add the smoothie ingredients to a food processor, and blend. Add some ice if you like. Blent until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and top with coconut chips, lime zest, grated turmeric root, a wedge of lime and a sprinkle of micro basil.
