Ingredients

1 Woolworths brandy fruit cake
2 cups Woolworths fresh custard
120 g blueberries tub
Icing sugar, for dusting

Method

Place the fruit cake on a cake stand and pour over the custard. Scatter over the blueberries and dust with icing sugar to serve.
