Grilled teriyaki mushrooms

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the butternuts in half lengthways, then drizzle over the olive oil, harissa, vinegar and honey. Season to taste. Make sure the butternuts are well coated.
2. Place the butternuts inside the roasting bag, seal and place in a roasting pan. Roast for 30 minutes. Open the bag for the last 10 minutes of roasting time.
