Egg-and-sausage sandwich

1. Combine the stuffing from 6 pork sausages with 3 chopped spring onions and 2 T grated ginger.
2. Roll into small meatballs and fry in 2 T olive oil until browned.
3. Toss with 4 T sweet chilli sauce and 2 T soya sauce.
4. Serve with cooked glass noodles.
