Ingredients

1 x 250 g pack Woolworths wood smoked diced bacon bits
2 T honey or maple syrup
1 x 100 g pack Woolworths crispy onions, to sprinke
1 x 1 kg Woolworths Classic potato salad

Method

1. Pan fry the bacon bits until crispy and golden, add the honey or maple syrup right at the end and toss to coat until sticky and delicious.

2. Sprinkle over the cold potato salad with a sprinkle of crispy onion bits just before serving with your Friday braai!
