Ingredients

5 T coriander seeds
5 T cumin seeds
2 T garlic powder
2 T fenugreek seeds
2 T turmeric
2 T paprika
1 T chilli powder
1/2 T ground asafoetida
1/2 T ground ginger
1/2 T mustard powder
1/2 T black peppercorns
1/2 T ground cinnamon

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and bash in a pestle and mortar.

Store in a airtight container until you need it to make your next curry.
