Ingredients: free-range chicken breasts, cubed 4,Woolworths crushed fresh chilli, ginger and garlic punnet 1 x 70 g,soya sauce ¼ cup,soya sauce ¼ cup,spring onions, finely sliced 3,Freshly ground rainbow pepper, to taste ,Chinese cabbages or baby cabbages 2,Sesame seeds, for sprinkling ,Microherbs, for serving ,Woolworths sweet chilli sauce, for serving ,Limes or lemons, for squeezing

Ingredients

2 T soya sauce
2 T rice wine vinegar
2 t fish sauce
1 T treacle sugar
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 T roughly chopped coriander
1/4 of a red cabbage, finely shredded

Method

Combine the soya, rice vinegar, fish sauce and treacle sugar.

Mix well, add the red chillie, ginger, garlic and chopped coriander.

Add the finely shredded red cabbage and mix well.
