Ingredients
Method- 600 g Woolworths hearty vegetable soup mix
- 1 T canola oil
- 750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 T butter
- 2 T pumpkin seeds, toasted
- sage leaves, deep fried
- basil leaves
- 3 T Woolworths roast red pepper pesto
- 60 g Woolworths garlic and herb croutons
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare soup as per packaging instructions.
2. Season. Stir butter through while hot.
3. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds, dee-fried sage, basil leaves, red pepper pesto and croutons.
