Inspired by the whipped lemonade trend doing the rounds on TikTok, this milkshake gets a boost of lemony flavour and texture thanks to the addition of lemon cookies.

  • 3 scoops Woolworths vanilla bean ice cream  
  • 50 g Woolworths lemon cookies, plus extra to decorate  
  • 2 T Woolworths lemon curd, plus extra for serving  
  • 2 T lemon juice

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve with extra lemon curd and decorated with extra cookies.
