IngredientsMix the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, Tomaraisins and chickpeas with the dressing. Turn into a bowl or onto a platter.
Shred most of the lettuce (reserving some of the whole small leaves) and lightly mix with the prepared salad. Top with feta and moisten with olive oil. Season to taste. Sprinkle over the pita croutons and tuck in the reserved lettuce leaves.
