- 1 T butter
- 1 x 300 g packet Woolworths pancake mix
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 65 g Woolworths dark chocolate chips mix
- vanilla sugar, to serve

- Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat.
- Using 1 x 300 g packet Woolworths pancake mix, prepare flapjack batter according to package instructions.
- Add 50 g desiccated coconut and 65 g Woolworths dark chocolate chips and mix.
- Ladle large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan. Once bubbles begin to form on the surface of each hotcake, turn to cook the other side.
- Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and serve warm.
