- 100 g popcorn kernels
- vegetable oil, for popping the corn
- 75 ml vegetable oil
- 1 T smoked paprika
- 1 t chilli flakes
- 2 T grated Parmesan

Pop the popcorn kernels in a little vegetable oil.
Heat the 75 ml vegetable oil, smoked paprika and chilli flakes in a small pan. Allow to infuse over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Once the oil is cool, pour over the popcorn and toss.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
