Woolies’ pork braai chops are specially selected for flavour and tenderness, and thickly cut to ensure they stay juicy. And they can also be pan-fried if the weather does not play along.

The pork is 100% South African, produced by farmers who follow kinder-to-sows guidelines to ensure you can enjoy delicious, responsibly sourced meat on the braai.

Serving suggestion:

Brush the pork chops with olive oil, season and braai. Serve with Woolworths garlic bread and a crisp slaw.

To make the dressing, mix 1 cup plain yoghurt, 2 t Woolies apple sauce, 1 t wholegrain mustard and the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon.

Cut 2 red apples into matchsticks and thinly slice 4 celery stalks with leaves, then mix with 2 t chopped dill. Mix through the dressing.
