- 1 x sheet Woolworths frozen all-butter puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 50 g honey
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- vanilla ice cream, to serve

1. Cut out a square of puff pastry and score the edges to form a border. Place on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and bake according to package instructions until puffed and golden.
2. Top with tangy blueberries: melt the honey over a low heat in a non-stick pan, add frozen blueberries and cook gently for 5–7 minutes until warm. Scoop onto the puff pastry, top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and serve.
