								- 6 carrots, peeled and quartered lengthways
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1/2 t cinnamon
 - 50 g melted butter
 - 3 medium-sized potatoes
 - 1 T dried chilli flakes
 - 2 T smoked paprika
 - Drizzle of olive oil
 - 8 pork bangers
 
Method
Ingredients
								Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel 6 carrots and quarter lengthways. Toss in maple syrup, cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and a sprinkling of sea salt.
Roast on a baking tray for 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until soft.
Cut potatoes into wedges, then toss with chilli flakes, smoked paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
Roast, on a separate baking tray, alongside the carrots.
Serve with pork bangers, fried in olive oil until golden.
