- 2 cups coconut water
- 100 g Woolworths frozen summer fruits
- 1 whole coconut, halved, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. Pour the coconut water into ice trays and freeze. Once frozen, blend or use a fork scrape the ice into snow.
2. Roughly blend the frozen summer fruits. Serve the coconut snow in the coconut halves, topped with frozen summer fruit.
