Ingredients
Method- 1 kg baby rainbow carrots
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 t ground cumin
- 1 t sea salt
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 thyme sprigs
- 5 rosemary sprigs
Method
IngredientsWash the carrots, place on a wet cloth and dress with the remaining ingredients.
Cover with the cloth and secure with string. Place on top of dry soil and cover the parcel with coals. Cook for 30–45 minutes.
