Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 350 g packet Woolworths individually quick frozen summer fruits, thawed
  • 1 cup double-cream yoghurt
  • 2–3 T honey

Method

Ingredients

Blitz all the ingredients using a hand-blender and pour into moulds. Freeze for 8 hours.

Cook's note: There’s nothing wrong with pouring artificially flavoured cool drink into ice-lolly moulds. That taste of a 70s childhood holds deep allure. But this sucker was born out of my desire to offer my son a healthier alternative. I like using Zoku Space Pop silicone moulds because they are adorable, but feel free to go old school and use the Tupperware kind you remember from your childhood. Frozen summer fruit can also be replaced by mixed berries unless your child, like mine, has an aversion to the tiny seeds. You can, of course, use any fresh fruit – peeled and chopped. But I’m all about convenience.
