- 330 ml Vita Coco coconut water
- 1 small lime, juiced
- 2⁄3 cup simple syrup
- Woolies piña colada cooler
- 2 – 3 T coconut-lime ice
- 1 Zest of lime, to garnish

In a rectangular, freezeable container, combine Vita Coco coconut water, the juice of small lime and simple syrup. Freeze for 1 hour, then break up using a fork.
Repeat the process 6 more times, scraping the mixture with a fork until fluffy. Half-fill a glass with chilled Woolies piña colada cooler, then top with coconut-lime ice and garnish with lime zest.
