								This super-fast salad is a great idea for a working lunch. Prepare it at home, keep it in a plastic container placed inside a larger container filled with ice, to keep it chilled. Drizzle with dressing before eating.

								- 2 avocados, quartered
 - 2 ripe nectarines, thinly sliced
 - 1 x 230 g box frozen cooked prawns, defrosted
 - 1 Salanova lettuce
 - Snipped chives, to garnish
 - Ready-made Caesar dressing, to serve

Ingredients
								Mix together all the ingredients and drizzle with dressing just before eating.
