This three-minute pasta dish works well with any form of filled pasta – from ravioli or cappelletti or pansotti. Add Serrano ham, fresh mozzarella and pesto for a dinner that's ready in the time it takes to boil the pasta – three minutes flat!

Ingredients

  • 250 g Woolworths butternut pansotti
  • 250 g Woolworths fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 1 Ayrshire mozzarella ball
  • Red-vein baby spinach, to serve
  • Basil pesto, to serve
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Ingredients
  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions - 3 minutes in the case of the specified versions. Switch up the ravioli for your favourite filled pasta variety.
  2. Spoon the pasta onto a plate and top with the ham, quartered mozzarella cheese and spinach.
  3. Drizzle with pesto and season. Eat with crispy French loaf.
