Ingredients
Method 
								- 1 ripe banana
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and halved
- 1⁄2 cup yoghurt (optional)
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and quartered
- 2 dates, stoned
- 1 T nut butter
- 100 g baby spinach
- A squeeze lime juice
- Ice, for serving
Method
Ingredients 
								Blend all the ingredients, adding more nut butter or lime juice if necessary.
Cook’s note: If you’re making a smoothie for one (with seconds), halve the ingredients.
