- 400 g pink fir potatoes
- 1 x 200 g pink salmon
- 1-2 T mayonnaise
- 2 T parsley

Boil 400 g pink fir potatoes in salted water for 7 to 10 minutes until tender.
Allow to cool, then cut into halves and combine with 1 x 200 g can drained pink salmon.
Toss with 1–2 T good-quality mayonnaise, 2 T chopped flat-leaf parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Sprinkle with pink peppercorns and season to taste.
