								- 1 L water
 - 500 g maize meal
 - 400 g can Woolworths chakalaka with sweet potatoes For the chimichurri, mix:
 - 20 g coriander, chopped
 - zest and juice of ½ lemon
 - 1 red chilli, finely chopped
 - 3 T olive oil
 
Method
Ingredients
								1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the maize meal and stir until thick and smooth.
2. Serve with the sweet potato chakalaka and top with the chimichurri.
